Full-service projects include attention to the following:
Project Programming:
Wherein the scope of the work and overall objectives for the project are determined. Client’s design preferences and goals regarding cost and scheduling are also reviewed and an initial design study of the site is performed.
Design Development:
Based on the information gathered in the project programming phase, an overall design scheme is developed. Samples and images are provided to illustrate the general direction of the design concept. Schematic plans for furniture and selective decorative details are also prepared.
Project Management:
In order to execute the design concept, a project may require third-party services (of a contractor, millworker, engineer, architect, etc.) to perform certain work. In order to achieve an integrated design, these services are overseen and coordinated by our firm.
Product Specification:
The selection and purchasing of merchandise, including (but not limited to) furniture, fabrics, decorative lighting, fixtures, hardware, accessories, floor coverings, window coverings, as well as for any fabrication, refinishing and upholstering services. Shipping and delivery arrangements are also overseen.
